WHITE WING MINERAL TRUST

PRIVATELY OWNED AND MANAGED MINERAL AND ROYALTY INTERESTS IN TEXAS, NEW MEXICO, NORTH DAKOTA AND WYOMING

INFORMATION FOR LANDMEN AND LESSEES

Almost every mineral and royalty interest held by the WHITE WING MINERAL TRUST (WWMT) was acquired by E.B. (Ed) White, Jr. during the time he was an independent oil operator based in Midland, Texas.  The following is a brief summary of how these properties came to be vested in the WWMT. This is meant to serve as a guideline for any title researcher who has found his or her way to our site.

1. E.B. White died on January 17, 1999. After his Last Will & Testament was probated, all of his interest in any and all mineral or royalty interests were passed to his wife, Nancy L. White of Kerrville, Texas, pursuant to the terms of his will.

2. In 2009, Nancy L. White deeded each and every mineral and royalty interest owned by her to the NANCY L. WHITE LVING REVOCABLE MINERAL-ROYALTY TRUST. Paul W. White and Janan White Little were later named as co-Trustees of this Trust.

3. In 2012, the three trustees conveyed all of that trust's mineral and royalty interests to WWMT. Therefore, any and every mineral interest owned by E.B. White, Jr., his estate, and any and such interests which were ever owned by Nancy L. White, now belong to WWMT. If you have any questions in this regard, please refer to the various deeds filed in each county. They all contain a "blanket" conveyance clause.
